She taught me things and fixed things on my hearing devices that I had no idea about even though I’d been seen by another provider multiple times during that time! After multiple failed attempts by two different hearing centers over the past year in Waco to improve my 95-yr old mother’s hearing, as a last resort I took her to Assoc. of Audiology in Round Rock. She didn’t want to buy another set of hearing aids, just a hearing exam and tuning of her existing hearing aids. In short, she now has substantial hearing improvement after just one visit! She now can talk on the phone instead of having to use text messaging to communicate with family and friends. She can more easily have conversations with others and can listen to TV audio instead of having to use closed captioning. Needless to say, she’s extremely happy with the results and how she was treated by the staff. She was so excited when she got home and spent the rest of the day on the phone making calls.
Love this place for my hearing needs! Claire Heinlein, Au.D., is a pleasure to work with and efficient at what she does. The staff are nice and it is a great location too. I highly recommend!
