Such an incredibly validating experience. I cannot recommend Dr Claire Heinlein enough. We got answers we needed, a clear path forward, and great recommendations for my child with Auditory Processing Disorder. Looking forward to auditory therapy with her as well. She was great at communicating with my teen as well as reading the room when I got hit with emotions of relief. It was like she was prepared for how I would feel as a parent and a client. It’s very rare that you can find a clinician who has impeccable bedside manner as well as knowledge and talent with assessment skills. We are clients for life.
The employees were friendly ,and informative. The testing wasn’t uncomfortable .The office is nicely decorated.But most of all The Audiologist show genuine concern about my wellbeing not just trying to sell hearings. She’s great!
Dr. White is awesome! She demonstrated some hearing aids and explained the different options in a logical and understandable way. Highly recommended.
