From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me understand my hearing and treatment options. A special thank you to Neah Washington, who took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with my hearing aids and how to use them. I never felt rushed, and it was clear she truly cares about her patients. Highly recommend this team if you’re dealing with hearing issues. Excellent service and great overall experience.

Dr. Heinlein and her associate were very thorough, supportive and professional. Took time to explain how the hearing aids function, how they impact quality of life, and presented credible results of my hearing loss. Claire is an expert! She allows her patients all the time they need to ask questions and discuss results. She was frank and transparent about costs and didn’t try to up-sell on technology. I’ve not had to sit in the waiting room for more than a minute or two — and she is great about responding quickly to messages as well. Her staff is first-rate, too! Highly recommend – especially if you’ve got tinnitus.
