I’ve worn hearing aids for over 50 years but my audiologist passed away from COVID so today I visited this office in Stone oak. Being knowledgeable about my hearing aids I asked a lot of questions and I got a lot of answers. I started with the receptionists, asking about insurance and how to get accurate quotes. I also was asking about hearing aid selection and coverage of the models, accessories etc. At that point the owner, the Dr, told me to come on back to the office. She looked up on the portal my information in order to give her an idea of where I was at. While she checked my records she listened to my concerns and answered my questions. I was not charged for that consultation. We talked for about 10 minutes and she did all she reasonably could to help. Whether I buy right now or not I thought it important to write a review. Everyone from the receptionist to the technicians that were in the outer office, and the doctor, did all they could to explain the charges, the service, benefits, and costs to me, contrary, totally contrary to some of the negative reviews I’ve seen here. I’m waiting for some follow up information to see if I’ll actually be buying, but a big thanks to the staff for being so nice today.
Dr. Heinlein and staff are thorough, professional, and friendly. Just got new aids today and so far i am very happy with them and the service i received. Highly recommend this office.
