My audiologist Ryan Stanley has always exceeded my expectations of the quality of his care to me and my hearing aids. He always has a friendly smile, great attitude, and compassion for any problems I may have with my hearing aids. I highly recommend him to anyone with hearing problems and hearing devices.

Great experience. The staff made a potentially stressful situation easy and relaxing. My exam was thorough and the results were explained in a very understandable way. Highly recommended.
My first appointment was a real pleasure. I honestly felt Dr Heinlein advised me in a way that was “best for me”. The hearing test was very thorough. I would definitely recommend anyone struggling with their hearing, even mildly, to go see Dr Heinlein to be evaluated!
I could not wait to get home to write this review! This morning’s appointment was the first at the Broadway Clinic. The greeting I received from Yesenia and Alyssa thoroughly blessed me. They actually made me feel like they were glad to see me. This was quite a different feeling I, usually, get from the Stone Oak location. Dr. Ryan Stanley assessed my hearing aid and determined repairs were needed. It may be a further drive for me but this will be my regular clinic from now on. Such a great experience! Dr. Heinlein did a great job explaining everything, and working with my child. The testing experience for auditory processing disorder was very positive and calm, and she worked well with my fidgety child.
