I’m not very fond of visiting a doctors office, but since day one everyone at associates of audiology have been great. This is my first hearing aid and I had lots of concerns. They answered all of my questions and help me to feel comfortable with this new normal in my life. I would 100% recommend Associates of Audiology to anyone in need of a hearing aid or needing to find and Audiologist.

While waiting to be seen, both the hearing specialist, Neah Washington, and the receptionist, Stephanie, were soooo kind and never rushed the people they were dealing with. They both have the same kind spirit. When it was my turn, although it was my first visit, they both treated me as if they had known me as a friend for a long time.

Dr. Jessica Buford and her assistant, Kyra, have always provided me with friendly, caring, and professional care. Dr. Buford has taken the time to explain the testing, fitting of hearing aids , and regular reevaluations needed to provide the best experience. Kyra even got me qualified to receive a tablet from the state. When my hearing aids wouldn’t charge, Kyra got them fixed in just a few days. These folks are ready to do whatever it takes to make sure my hearing is optimal!
The girls that work here are the best! Cathy, and Kaitlyn and the entire staff are the beat. They always help, and they are courteous and they listen carefully to their patients. I can not imagine going any where else for my hearing needs.
