My appointment started right on time. They’re very efficient but also very personable. They take the time to answer any questions I have and inform me of all the steps being taken. They always take good care of me.
I shared with the receptionist after our appointment that Dr. Stanley might be the best doctor I have ever met with. He treated my mom with the upmost respect. He walked us through the entire process, handled insurance, and just made everything less intimidating. Highly recommend him and his office if you are experiencing hearing loss.

I would rate the Bee Cave branch of Austin Audiology as high as possible. Like many people, my husband and i avoided getting hearing aids for a long time. Finally, faced with the inevitable, we took a chance and visited the Bee Cave branch of Austin Audiology, headed by Dr. Claire Heinlein, and were instantly smitten with the warmth and expertise we were greeted with. We were given tests and based on these, we were fitted with devices that greatly improved our hearing ability. However, after a few days, my husband was uncomfortable with certain aspects of the devices. He went back and was given the opportunity to have devices made from a mold of his ears, and this proved to be very successful. Dr. Heinlein’s flexibility and technical expertise are really remarkable. She always seems to have another “arrow in her quiver” if something is not quite right. Her personality is extremely likable and she makes you feel very comfortable. In short, i rate the group as highly as i can. This includes the very welcoming and personable receptionist, Lindsay.
