The Associates of Audiology office in Bee Caves is awesome! Dr. Heinlein is wonderful, very pleasing & professional. She is very patient, asks good questions & explains conditions & treatment plan in a way regular patients can understand. So, so glad we found her and recommend her highly.
Dr White and her staff provide excellent follow-up service. Definitely my Kerrville hearing aid provider!!
They treat me good they take care of me. That’s what’s important and I like going in there and getting my stuff taken care of, but they’re good with her patience that good with everything.

Yesenia and Dr. Stanley are both very kind, attentive, and accommodating. I was referred to a specialist and they helped set up that consultation and clarify some referral/insurance confusion to ensure I had a seamless appointment.
This is a very caring and profession office. The front staff is friendly, easy to speak with and helpful. Dr. White was very cordial, helpful, way to talk with and through in her examination and especially her explanations of the exam results. The office was extremely clean and presented a professional look. Personal information was a main concern and all office personnel observed safe handling of personal information.

I’m going to be cliche and say if I could give 100 stars I would. My son has been going to the Round Rock location for a few years now and from the warm welcome you get when you walk in to Mrs. Neah being so kind and patient with my son and just going above and beyond to help him with his hearing needs.
Overall great experience. We were referred here by our ENT and I am so glad we were! Scheduling was easy and text notifications were sent as a friendly reminder with address and other helpful info. Very friendly receptionist that interacted with my toddler while I filled out paperwork. We were seen at our scheduled time. Dr. Stanley administered 2 hearing tests for my son and gave immediate feedback with results. He explained the tests and their results in a way that was easy to understand. He was also really great with my toddler considering this office isn’t a pediatric faculty. They offer hearing tests for little ones on Thursdays and Fridays. My son will be getting tubes so this is something I wanted done before the procedure. Dr. Stanley was very reassuring with all the decisions and concerns I expressed to him. He even went out of his way to find an ENT that is highly credible when I mentioned I wanted a second ENT opinion. Dr. Stanley really took his time with everything and made me and my son feel like his priority. Can’t say enough great things about Associates of Audiology!
