Associates of audiology, Kerrville, Dr White and staff, are very professional, knowledgeable, and caring. Never a problem and scheduling an appointment, even a last minute appointment. Very friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend.
I moved to Georgetown a year ago. My hearing aids were 6 years old and had not been tuned up in a year. I had two appointments at Associates of Audiology to improve my hearing experience. They were friendly and knowledgeable. They listened to my concerns and have improved my hearing without having to purchase new hearing aids. They are working with my Medicare and supplimental health insurance, and my visits have been covered.

I highly recommend these guys. Everyone from the front office to Dr White are very professional and knowledgeable. I absolutely love my new hearing aides and the time Dr White took to explain and teach me about them was not rushed and all my questions were answered in depth.

Dr. Claire Heinlein and the team at Associates of Audiology are phenomenal! I had a sudden hearing loss which was causing me much anxiety and worry and she put my mind at ease with a thorough explanation of what my hearing loss is attributed to. If you have any reservations, I recommend setting them aside. Dr. Claire is the BEST!
