When there is a problem they are quick to resolve it. They are very friendly and go above and beyond. Dr. White is the best.

I was getting Care at the VA and And was very frustrated at the lack of progress in fact, my hearing kept getting worse so I requested a community referral And was sent to associates of audiology. Best decision ever made. The young ladies at the front desk were very friendly and professional. I was assessed by this amazing young woman I call “Doctor Hailey”, this Doctoral level audiology intern Did all the assessments and testing and determine my asymmetrical hearing loss I actually need TWO hearing aids! Then explain to me the importance Oh how this would impact not just my hearing and equilibrium , but my overall long term brain health. After installing the two hearing aids, I nearly broke out into tears! “Dr. Hailey” Broke through with those tenure audiologist at the VA couldn’t put ! My hearing hasn’t been this clear in years! I got my life back and I am thankful to God for sending me to this audiology clinic!
